Transformational Breath® is a style of connected breathing that incorporates body mapping, hands-on acupressure-style touch, sound, affirmations, and movement to create a powerful and profound transformative experience.

Transformational Breath® not only opens up and addresses old ineffective patterns of breathing, but it builds the individual’s conscious awareness of their use of the breath to reduce stress, heighten self-awareness, heal emotional traumas and connect with Spirit. 

What does a session look like?

Before we begin, I recommend scheduling your Free 20 Minute Consultation. This will help us discover if this work is right for you, and discuss your goals. Together we will decide if a single session or package of sessions is right for you.

Sessions are 90 minutes and first sessions may run a few minutes longer.

Sessions can be completed Online or in my New Jersey Studio Space. Both have helped clients achieve transformation.

Each session includes discussion and informed consent as my work is hands-on and the process of opening up the breath may release uncomfortable memories or emotions. We will set an intention for your session, you will receive a complete breath analysis, a 45-60 minute breath session that includes activation, integration, and time for relaxation and grounding before you leave. You also have 24 hours of text support if any questions arise.

After each session we will discuss your experience (optional) and you will receive instructions on how to practice the work on your own.

What You Can Expect

I am a Certified Breathworker trained in energy healing, guided mediation, and various acting and public speaking methods. With over two decades of personal healing, I bring a sense of fun and creativity to my work.

I create a space for clients where you can allow your truth to emerge in a judgement-free space of compassion.

Every client and your experience remains confidential.

I’m here to guide you on your healing journey to reframe old beliefs, explore and process any unexpressed or stuck emotions, and transform any heaviness in the body into lightness. You are already perfect, let’s shed anything no longer serving you, and walk in your purpose and power.

I’m not here to create dependency. I’m here to teach you how to listen to your breath, how to tap into your intuition, your power, and how to let your breath guide you in living your best life.

While Transformational Breath® is a self-healing practice, that is - once you learn the breath pattern you can use the technique on your own - practicing with a trained and experienced facilitator offers a level of support and heightened impact that is difficult to achieve in your personal practice alone, particularly for beginners. A facilitator will monitor your breath pattern and help you to achieve deeper levels of connection and insight, gently guiding you to places you may avoid in your personal practice.

The more time we spend building a relationship of trust, the better for your breath journey and personal transformation. It is recommend all clients begin with 3-6 sessions.

Booking & Cancellation Policy for Online or In Person Sessions

All payments are due in full before your session. Please book a Free Consult Call before booking and paying for your session.

48 hours notice is required for any session changes or cancellations.

NO REFUNDS but you can change the date and/or time of your appointment if rescheduled within 48 hours.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows must be paid in full.

Sessions are Non-Transferable.
