I have spent over two decades on my own journey of healing, and now have a variety of offerings to help guide you on your own Transformation.

Transformational Breath® is a style of connected breathing that incorporates body mapping, hands-on acupressure-style touch, sound, affirmations, and movement to create a powerful and profound transformative experience.

Transformational Breath® not only opens up and addresses old ineffective patterns of breathing, but it builds the individual’s conscious awareness of their use of the breath to reduce stress, heighten self-awareness, heal emotional traumas and connect with Spirit. 

The Three Levels Of Transformational Breath®

Physical

The first level has to do with opening and clearing restricted breathing patterns and learning how to breathe more effectively and easily. Most people only receive a small percentage of their air capacity. The amount of air we bring into the body is directly related to the amount of good we can accept in our life. As we open and expand our breathing, we have more energy and support for the body’s natural healing abilities thus improving our capacity to receive and experience more good.

Mental/Emotional

Level Two effectively works on healing traumas and negativity in the subconscious mind. This includes old unexpressed emotions, negative beliefs, old tapes and past memories all of which are stored on both a cellular and subconscious level. These feelings were originally repressed through restriction of the breath. By opening the breath, these stored patterns can be integrated.

Spiritual

Once the subconscious begins to clear it then creates an opening to the Higher subconscious, which is the level of soul or spiritual awareness. This enables us to utilize the third level of Transformational Breath®, which is consciously connecting with our Higher aspects of Being. Sometimes, during this third level, people have mystical experiences as they feel their connection with Spirit.

FAQs

  • Each breath session is designed around a specific intention or goal established by you, the Breather, with support from your facilitator. The number of Facilitator-guided breath sessions required to resolve restricted breathing patterns varies. Initially, three sessions are recommended after which progress toward individual client goals is reviewed.

  • Many individuals with a wide diversity of health issues have safely benefited from Transformational Breath. It is important for participants to inform their Facilitator of their health issues before a session. Within the Level 4 Facilitator Training, we teach the Facilitators to work with individuals whose health has been compromised. It is always recommendeded that an individual check with their licensed health care provider. Breathing better is a great adjunct to better health and healing any condition.

  • Many midwives, doctors, and mothers have reported that Transformational Breath is a very good practice for both the mother and the baby. Bringing oxygen into the system is a positive thing. Both the mother and unborn child need good quality oxygen in sufficient quantities during pregnancy. No one has ever indicated that breathing would harm an unborn child in any way other than if the mother had a lot of toxins in her system, for example, from heavy drug use. The breathing there could cause it to "dump" a lot of the toxins right away and the baby would be subjected to some of those toxins.

    The physical, mental, and emotional benefits of Transformational Breath are very valuable during pregnancy. As the pregnancy progresses, the respiratory system is compromised by the growing baby. Transformational Breath allows the system to compensate for this condition. It is good to breathe through fears and trust the process of life that is happening. The breath and life-force are an integral part of pregnancy. The use of the integrated breath during the labor contractions will help integrate the intensity of sensations.

    During preganancy, especially the last trimester, we make sure that the woman is comfortable. Our Facilitators are taught to use certain techniques for preganant women and avoid other techniques to maintain safety in the session.
