What to Expect.
Do you like to know exactly how a session is laid out beforehand? Me too! Here I run through exactly what a typical breath session looks like. Each session is 90 minutes, including about 20 minutes of coaching and intention setting, then 45-50 minutes of Breathing, 5-10 minutes of relaxation, completed with 10-20 minutes of discussion. I also cover toning, affirmations, and body mapping.
